About this design:

This week we challenged Spoonflower designers to create 1-yard fabric wall hangings for the holidays. Our community chose 10 works of art that will bring a lovely touch of magic into your home! You'll find us curled up under winner, Cynthia Frenette's gorgeous christmas tree chalkboard design, sipping hot cocoa and writing a letter to Santa.

Details

It's that time of year when some people buy a fir tree, bring it indoors, and cover it with lights and baubles. But what if you don't have room? What if you're allergic? Make a fabric tree wall hanging, of course! Create a tree design that can fit onto one yard of fabric. Whether it's a Christmas pine or a dogwood or maple, it's time to bring the outdoors in. The design should be set up to be centered. Preview will be sized at a single yard (42" x 36") of Kona Cotton, although your actual design may fill a yard of one of our wider fabrics. Deadline for entry is November 26th, 2013.
